I’m Shadyra Francisca, a dedicated Business Developer and Coach with a Master of Science in Economics & Business Economics from Erasmus University (1998-2005). With my extensive experience in the Dutch and Caribbean markets and a strong regional network, I’m well-equipped to support entrepreneurs and businesses as a consultant, helping them navigate complex challenges. My expertise in mind mapping, developed during my time at BearingPoint Caribbean as Country Leader for Sint Maarten, allowed me to advise governments on social security, tax, and public sector modernization, including the 2017 SmartGovernments platform. My knowledge of Dutch and Caribbean market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances helps me guide clients effectively. After a sabbatical, I founded Cu Carinyo, a business focused on professional organizing, interiors, and event planning, reflecting my commitment to authenticity and mindfulness. Through careful analysis and practical solutions, I strive to bridge vision and execution, offering strategies that foster sustainable success in competitive environments.
