Culinary Experience Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a refined five-course dining experience curated by Azaka Fusion Restaurant, under the direction of Chef Kim Brown. Each dish is thoughtfully presented, celebrating depth of flavor and cultural heritage. Rhum Barbancourt Founded in 1862 in Haiti, Rhum Barbancourt is crafted from pure sugarcane juice and aged in oak barrels using traditional French methods.
